Mr. Rahman is a retired officer. Usually he goes for a walk everyday early in the morning. One day while he was walking in the morning he saw a man lying senseless by the side of the road. He went nearer to the man and felt his pulse. The pulse-rate was low. He shook the man's body gently but found no response from him. Some other people also gathered there. They waited for a while and left the place. Mr. Rahman tried to revive him continuously. But all his attempts went in vain, So he called a taxi and took the man to a nearby hospital. One of the doctors of the Emergency Ward examined him and preserved saline to be injected.The sugar level in bis blood was very low. The doctor told Mr. Rahman that the man would have died if he had not been taken to the hospital. After a few minutes the man got his sense back. Mr. Rahman told him everything. The man became thankful to Mr. Rahman and took the cellphone from him and called his son come the hospital. The son reached the hospital within half an hour. He thanked Mr. Rahman for what he had done for his father. Mr. Rahman stayed beside the man for an hour more. He seemed to be normal and he was about to be released. The man grasped the hands of Mr. Rahman and he was in tears. Mr. Rahman felt that he had done something which should be done by everyone.
